The Best Blackberry Overnight Oats

If I am in the middle of an excruciating tennis season, or just simply trying to eat a hearty breakfast, my favorite way to get protein into my diet and also have a tasty morning treat is through these amazing overnight oats recipe. It is simple, delicious, and includes some of my favorite berries and seeds. Here is the recipe:


  • 1/2 cup of blackberries

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup of old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of flaxseeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Place the blackberries in your container of choice and mash them until they become fully emulsified

  2. Add the greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup to the blackberried

  3. Add the oats and mix again

  4. Add in the protein powder, followed by the chia seeds, flax seeds, and hemp seeds.

  5. Add the maple syrup at the very end.

  6. Refrigerate for over 10 hours.
